About Us
Diana Refsland and Mary Beth Wallace founded Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services in 1996. They are professionals who have always been committed to Atlanta's preservation and growth, actively working in the real estate and in their community. They have received awards for historic preservation by the Urban Design Commission and have been recognized for their service to preserve Piedmont Park and Intown neighborhoods. They have vast experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development in Atlanta - representing buyers, sellers and developers. Their knowledge, vision and energy guide their agents and their clients through an enjoyable and successful real estate experience.
In 2004, Diana and Mary Beth added three partners to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services -- Randal Lautzenheizer, Julian Rather and David Vannort. Randal and David, highly experienced agents who have specialized predominantly in Midtown, have been with Atlanta Intown since 1999. They add vast residential sales knowledge and expertise to our agents and our clients. Julian, with a background in corporate sales and marketing, has been with Atlanta Intown since 2001. His primary focus has been condominium sales, working with both developers and individual buyers and sellers.
Together, Atlanta Intown's brokers and agents have helped create the booming intown market from which homeowners and investors now prosper.
