Adam has been fascinated with real estate for as long as he can remember. Left as one of the few remaining true Atlanta natives, he was exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods growing up, and witnessed the dramatic changes over the years. Adam proceeded along a traditional career path after graduating from high school in metro Atlanta, then working on his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and transferring to Auburn University to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management.

While at Auburn, he interned with Delta Air Lines in several different departments. Each assignment gave him a different perspective on the importance of outstanding customer care. After graduating from Auburn and before entering the exciting world of real estate full-time, he founded his own successful web-based company marketing high-end vehicles on eBay. Adam grew his business to over $2 million in annual sales with many stateside and international clients coming back once, twice, and even three times for more!

As a real estate professional, Adam strives every day to diligently work for each of his clients, providing the highest level of customer service, individualized attention, and thorough knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market, all while maintaining the utmost levels of integrity, confidentiality, and respect. With Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services, Adam set a record by being named Agent of the Month in his mere third month with the company. He also achieved Million Dollar Club status after only nine months in real estate. In 2008, Adam became a certified EcoBroker with EcoBrokers International. This designating puts him in a very small top 1/2% of agents nationwide. The training gives him a new perspective to relate to real estate and valuable information that can be of great benefit to his clients who want to be pro-actively 'green'.

Adam has access to cutting edge marketing tools, in-house graphic design services and one of the industry's premiere websites with Atlanta Intown. As part of the J. Rather and Associates team, Adam has six team members to assist him in the marketing of his listings, along with the networking support of the entire company. Adam is based in Atlanta Intown's Colony Square office located in the Colony Square mall at Peachtree Street and 14th Street.
