Jamie Shiell grew up in Savannah, Georgia during a period of extensive historic preservation and the renewal of that town’s acclaimed historic district. This is where his ever-growing interest in home restoration and the revitalization of historic neighborhoods began. In 2004, Jamie and his partner purchased a “beyond repair” foreclosure, restored it in 4 months, and sold it in one day for full price.

It was this project that directed Jamie into what has become his true calling. In the first six months of his real estate career he produced over 2-million dollars of sales. Since then, he has consistently been leading the way in new and innovative strategies to place his clients in the home of their dreams. Jamie’s energy is unending; he is creative by nature and has an intensity that will not rest until clients are satisfied.

One of Jamie’s many passions is working with clients to help find homes that are in need of restoration. His hands-on design and construction experience is always beneficial to those with whom he works. In addition, he assists several rehabilitation companies and individuals in the selling of properties that have been restored.

Jamie is a graduate of Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey and prior to his real estate career spent almost 20 years as a leader in several non-profit organizations. These years developed advanced skills in fundraising, financial planning and management/direction of hundreds of volunteers.

Jamie Shiell is currently a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the North Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors, the Georgia Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to his full-time real estate career, he is an adjunct faculty member at Emory University.
