Ken moved to Atlanta shortly after graduating from Duke University in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science. He knew from his first visit here that the Atlanta area had much to offer—career opportunities, excitement and tremendous growth potential. More than twenty-seven years later, Ken still feels that way, but more importantly he now calls Atlanta home. As your real estate agent, Ken promises to find you a quality house or condo in one of the area’s amazing neighborhoods, one that you too will be happy to call your home. If you are selling, Ken also knows how to market your property to its best advantage, and how to find qualified buyers who will value your home as much as you do.
Since 1986, Ken considers all of his purchases of real estate “investments” as well as places he’s called home. He’s worked with quality builders and contractors, and has plenty of personal sweat-equity experience. Ken has been a member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association since 2006, and has trained with national and regional real estate leaders such as John Adams, Ron LeGrand and Robin Thompson. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, he also maintains a network of mortgage agents, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, appraisers and closing attorneys to help make your purchase or sale as effortless as possible. With his eye for finding home value, construction quality and appreciation potential, Ken offers a keen set of skills in evaluating real estate. This is true whether you’re looking for your personal home, a vacation home or an investment property.
A graduate of Georgia State University with an MBA in marketing, Ken spent the first twenty-two years of his career in public relations, marketing and fund raising, working for the U.S. Navy, regional advertising agencies and local arts organizations including the Atlanta Ballet and the Woodruff Arts Center, all with impressive sales results. As a marketer, he understands how important it is to identify the unique characteristics of your home, promote those qualities and target just the right potential buyers to maximize your sale and minimize its time on the market.
Now working full-time with the Atlanta Intown team, Ken promises the best professional and client-oriented services you’ll find.
