"Custom Builder" first comes to mind when people think of Linda's background, but she is also a rare native Atlantan who has lived and worked in a variety of our neighborhoods. Today, she is known as a Realtor with that something special!
Linda has a 10-Year background as a High-End Custom Builder, Designer and Renovator, becoming one of Atlanta's very few women builders. She only did one project at a time, conducted business with a handshake and built a reputation of perfection and attention to detail. Each home was treated as her own, she performed much of the finish work herself, and demanded the highest of craftsmanship from her sub-contractors. It is this same dedication and work ethic that Linda now brings to her real estate career, and to every client.
Her background offers clients the benefit of her construction knowledge and experience. She can help Sellers prepare their home for optimal viewing, head-off inspection concerns, or provide referrals for upgrades or repairs. If you're looking to purchase a home, no one can assist you better than Linda in your selection of a quality home. Let her show you what a custom builder would look for in the purchase of their own home.... And she just loves sharing her vision of a home's potential and design possibilities with clients!
If you are a Builder or Renovator, you are truly in for a treat!... what Builder wouldn't want to have a Realtor who speaks their language, can assist in a property's design, and can intelligently discuss a home's features and construction with potential Buyers?
She also offers clients her skills as a strong negotiator. Prior to her career as a builder, Linda was a specialist for a major insurance company where she negotiated with attorneys in the settlement of large third party claims.
When not working with clients, Linda is usually tending to her endless list of home improvement projects or spending time with her family, friends and 2 Golden Retrievers (Jack & Jake!). But don't be surprised if you should find her romping around construction sites....it's just in her blood. Her bumper sticker should read: "Caution, I brake for Real Estate"!
