Lisa Iakovides

Lisa Iakovides is a native of Los Angeles and moved here in 2004. Her background includes executive restaurant management experience, hospitality consulting, and she owned and opened Taboo Lounge in Los Angeles. She became a licensed real estate consultant in 2006 and quickly became a top producer. Her backround includes extensive work as a buyers agent as well as consulting with builders on floor plans, colors and the features that make a home unique and sell-able. She co-founded the Nestings Real Estate Group which has a special focus on builders and developers. The Nestings Group will take a property from its initial acquisition throught the development and permitting, and finally to the marketing and sales phase.
