To better serve clients, Ann and Lynn have both achieved the special professional designation that only a very small percentage of real estate agents obtain: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Lynn, a CRS,is a member of Million Dollar Club in her career as a real estate agent. She has been a small business owner, home improvement specialist, a non-profit Executive Director, professional photographer, and she has served on many community Boards and Committees for the last three decades. She graduated from Antioch University in Columbia, MD.

Ann, also a CRS, has her Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI)designation, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Million Dollar Club.
Ann was an educator in Cobb County for many years and is a graduate of the University of Southern MS.
