Maria has lived in the Atlanta area for over 35 years. After teaching special needs children for 17 years, she made a career change to pursue her passion for Real Estate. For 4 years, Maria bought and sold real estate in Denver, Co while enjoying mountain biking, snowboarding, and long distance road biking. Now she's back home enjoying living in Grant Park and helping her clients buy and sell real estate in and around Atlanta.

Maria enjoys working with people and building true, long term relationships with her clients. Her motto is "relationships rather than transactions". She believes that really listening to her clients is what's important. She prides herself in stress free, yet successful transactions.

In Atlanta and Denver, Maria has done several vintage home renovations in up and coming areas. This has given her giving her plenty of experiance with fixer uppers, foreclosures and investment properties.
