After 15 years in fundraising for higher educational institutions, Maura decided to follow another passion and move into real estate sales.

Maura’s fascination with real estate began at an early age. Her family purchased property in Hilton Head in the 1960’s and Maura and her father spent a lot of time climbing through houses in the process of being built. Early on Maura was able to see what was to become. A home tour with Maura often leads into a fascinating journey of the architecture, history, and the natural surroundings of a property as well as a glimpse into what a property in need of some TLC can become! Maura offers a refreshingly down to earth and caring approach to her client's real estate needs and makes the buying and selling a fun process from the start to beyond the closing. Matching the needs of buyers with the right property, and working with sellers to market their property to sell in today's market, is a challenge Maura not only enjoys but relishes! Her professional diligence always leads to the best results.

Originally from NJ, Maura has also lived in Manhattan, London and Boston before moving to Atlanta in 1998. Maura has an undergraduate degree in Art History (and actually worked in the field for many years) and an M.B.A. in marketing. Maura loves bicycling, traveling, and combining the two! In addition she is quite active in Decatur events, particularly the Decatur Arts Festival. Maura is also on a disaster response team with the American Red Cross, Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter.
