Paula Needle

Paula brings sound professional guidance and experience to the table when representing buyers and sellers in the Atlanta real estate market. Her listening skills, patience, strong negotiation skills, and market knowledge are key elements in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Paula specializes in the sale of homes and condominiums in the Decatur-DeKalb County area as well as the intown Atlanta neighborhoods. "I moved to Atlanta in 1986 and began selling real estate immediately. I've witnessed the transformation and revitalization of so many of the older intown neighborhoods; I'm overjoyed that so many of my clients have not only found the home of their dreams, but have also benefited financially as a result."

As a twenty-three year veteran of the Atlanta real estate community, Paula was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Top Realtor in 2005. A member of the DeKalb Association of Realtors, Paula was awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award for her many years of membership in the Association's Million Dollar Club. She was also a recipient of the Governor's Award For Academic Excellence from the Graduate Realtor's Institute.

Paula is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She enjoys spending time with her family: her life-partner; two beautiful and smart daughters aged 12 and 9; two dogs; and one cat. They are an active family who enjoy cooking together, playing ping pong and tennis, and making holiday trips to the western North Carolina mountains where they fish, canoe, hike, golf, and swim.
Paula also volunteers with a reading enrichment program at her daughters' school.
