Intown Atlanta and its real estate has always been a focal point of Ann's. Whether you are a first time home buyer or million dollar seller, Ann's number one goal is to make sure her clients' goals are satisfied smoothly and professionally.
Ann has a diverse knowledge of intown properties, selling condos to multifamily residences, as well as fixer uppers to upscale residences. She has sold and is very familiar with various markets such as Midtown, Downtown, Morningside, and the Virginia Highlands, the Oak Grove area, Candler Park to southern areas of Atlanta like Cabbagetown, Grant Park, and Ormewood Park.
Prior to her career as an agent, Ann worked for a golf course real estate investor in Los Angeles in the 1980's. A native Georgian from Savannah, Ann moved back to Atlanta in 1988. She began a successful career as a scenic artist in the film business, working on various movies and television projects from New York to Los Angeles. Between projects she was a real estate investor and renovator. Thus, her transition to becoming licensed an agent in 1998 was a natural choice. As in the film business, being creative, resourceful, and dependable are keys to her success in real estate today.
Ann attended Indiana University and the University of Georgia and was a member of the women's golf team for both colleges. She graduated with a B.B.A. in marketing at the University of Georgia in 1985. Presently, she is active in various charities, using her art, running, cycling, and golf for fundraising activities.
