Charley works primarily out of Atlanta Intown’s Kirkwood office and has lived in Kirkwood with his wife, Carol, since 2005. They have two young daughters.

An experienced business professional, Charley values ongoing bilateral communication as a cornerstone of his client-oriented service approach. An aggressive marketer and negotiator, he is strategically focused on achieving the best results for his client in every transaction.

Charley’s journey within the real estate profession has yielded valuable skills and experience that augment his effectiveness in representing clients and properties. He has served on condo association Boards and built lasting professional relationships with community association managers across all intown neighborhoods. His intimate, firsthand knowledge of intown condominium buildings and communities is rivaled by few.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Charley graduated from Gettysburg College in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Shortly after moving to Atlanta in 1998, Charley obtained his real estate license and began working as a real estate agent in Midtown and Buckhead. In 2003, he completed his MBA in real estate and finance from Georgia State’s Robinson College of Business. He worked for several years in commercial and corporate real estate before returning to residential real estate in 2006, actively working in all of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods.

When not working, Charley enjoys time with family, coaching soccer, tackling home improvement projects, live music, and rooting for our Braves and Falcons!
