Heinrich has been fortunate enough to live in five historic inner city neighborhoods in several countries and appreciate the rich and diverse life style that they offer as a place to call home. Home has ranged from historic row houses, arts and craft bungalows, town-homes to condominiums. He has always had a strong interest in real estate and had invested in scores of properties.
With an architectural degree from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Science degree from MIT, and more than twenty years experience as a consultant in the area of implementing strategic decision support for automating corporate facility information, processes and logistics and real estate.
Heinrich has broad experience in Architectural design/build projects. He has also pioneered space-planning techniques for understanding and analyzing space use for corporate clients. This related to managing the changing patterns of demand for space within organizations, exploiting the capacity of existing buildings to accommodate these demands, and ensuring that detailed user requirements are recorded and satisfied.
