Kris Kolarich

Licensed since 2001 and have listed over 1000 REO properties since 2005. All of my properties are managed by which allows me to keep track of showings, offers, notes, uploading documents and tasking out to my team, as to what is needed daily.

Clients Include: HUD, Fannie Mae, Chase, PNC, BB&T, PAS REO/Wells Fargo, Bank of America, VRM and more

I work closely with my property inspector to make sure all our properties are secure and compliant. My cell phone is posted on MLS/FMLS and signs, so buyers and agents can get a hold of me quickly or text me for showings, obtain information, or to answer any questions.

I pride myself in accepting property assignments and getting out to them the same day, or first thing the next morning. I have a network of contractors and vendors for property preservation and repairs as needed. I am good at estimating repairs, finding issues that the "average agent" would not see, determining safety issues, and coming up with a good "as-is" value, as well as the "after repaired value."

In 2017 our DOM are averaging 23 days on market. Our list price/sales price ratio is 97% and our closing ratio has been 100%. No listings have expired, nor have not closed.

I have worked hard over the last 16 years to learn the real estate business, as well as the REO and short sale market. I am constantly learning and keeping current on the industry and trends by reading, webinars and attending seminars. Knowledge is power, and learning helps me better my skills and experience, which is passed onto your team and clients.
