Cliff Oliver is a native-born Georgian. He grew up in SW Georgia (Harris County) and attended Columbus College where he obtained his A.A.S. in Data Processing.
In 1989 he moved to Atlanta to attend Georgia State University. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Economics in 1992. Soon after he went to work for United States Department of Labor in the Bureau of Labor Statistics as an economist until 1998.
September 1997 marked the beginning of his self-employed career in real estate. He founded Oliver Custom Homes, Inc specializing in the design, developing and building of single-family homes in Cobb County.
May 2003 marked the beginning of his real estate sales' career. Cliff specializes in working with investor clients who are looking to purchase investment properties to rent, develop and/or build. Also, should you need a property manager - Cliff stands ready to assist you with acquiring your new tenant(s) and/or managing your investment property(ies).
Cliff is an "active" member of Citizens for Progressive Transit in Atlanta and spends most of his free time traveling internationally.
