Randal Lautzenheiser is an owner and the Managing Broker of Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services. He has been a Realtor since 1985, and a Broker since 1988. He has achieved the advanced real estate designations of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and a member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) where he learned proven negotiating and marketing techniques that allow him in assisting agents to excel in marketing homes and assisting buyers.

Randal is EcoBroker Certified so whether a transaction involves environmental assessment and mitigation (mold, radon, etc.) or the opportunity to reduce utility bills, he is in a position to help.

Randal truly has a first hand knowledge of in-town real estate, knowing what development is happening and what is coming up. He has worked as a member of the board of directors of the Midtown Neighbors Association, worked with the Midtown Alliance, and for five years was Chairperson of Neighborhood Planning Unit E (NPU-E) which includes some of Atlanta’s most vibrant in-town communities – Midtown, Ansley Park, Sherwood Forest, Home Park, Atlantic Station, Loring Heights, and Brookwood Hills.

He enjoys giving back to the community through civic activities. Randal was recently the co-chair for a Passion for Piedmont raising over $77,000 for the Piedmont Park Conservancy. He is serving his first term on the City of Atlanta Human Relations Commission and has been on the Atlanta Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee since 2005.

Randal is from Ohio and has called Atlanta home since 1983. He is a Midtown resident.
