Charley has been active in Atlanta real estate for 20 years with experience in sales, leasing, property management and commercial/corporate real estate. Charley works out of Atlanta Intown’s Kirkwood and Midtown offices and has lived in Kirkwood with his wife, Carol, since 2005. They have two daughters at Drew Charter School.

Charley’s journey within the real estate profession has yielded valuable skills and experience that augment his effectiveness in representing clients and properties. His history of both owning and professionally managing investment property has helped him develop a keen eye for property maintenance issues as well as the necessary vendor alliances to resolve such issues. He has served on condo association boards and built lasting professional relationships with community association managers across all intown neighborhoods. His intimate, firsthand knowledge of intown condominium buildings and communities is rivaled by few.
Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Charley graduated from Gettysburg College in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Shortly after moving to Atlanta in 1998, Charley obtained his real estate license and began working as a real estate agent in Midtown and Buckhead. In 2003, he completed his MBA in real estate and finance from Georgia State’s Robinson College of Business. He worked for several years in commercial and corporate real estate before returning to residential real estate in 2006, actively working in all of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods.
When not working, Charley enjoys time with family, coaching soccer, tackling home improvement projects, and competing in triathlons and distance running events.
