Jim is an architect with an MBA in real estate. The focus of his entire professional career has been residential real estate. He has designed, built, renovated, managed, bought, and sold real property in New York and Georgia. From investment property, vacation homes, and owner-occupied homes; from detached homes to penthouse condominiums and everything in between, this experience places Jim at a competitive advantage.

Jim's architectural education was undertaken at The School of Design at North Carolina State University (with Honors), Harvard, and Columbia Universities. His business education was completed at Emory University and the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, his grandfather's alma mater, and one of the few real estate MBA programs in the nation. You may never meet another realtor who is more uniquely qualified through his education for his profession.

As a twenty year resident of Ansley Park, Jim has represented buyers and sellers of houses and condos all over the Atlanta Intown market, from starter homes to signature Buckhead properties. He understands the macro and micro-economics of real estate and recognizes that all markets are local, whether from one country to another, state to state, street to street, or floor to floor. He's traditional enough to believe in the paradigm of location and contemporary enough to understand the critical importance of internet marketing.
